Cant Sleep

This is the first time in years that I have seen 2:30am! I used to be all screwy and I would stay up all night and sleep all day. And while staying up all night of course cigs were a big part of it. It has been many years since I fixed my time as to going to sleep at 10pm and waking at 9am. so here I sit and although I have NO desire to smoke,quit smoking now, I hate the cursed things. They stole my friend from me. I am NOT going to smoke! It is not even an option.Its just so hard to sleep with such a heavy heart. And of course the lies are floating in my head about thinking I need a cig. But I know better!!!Ok I am peeking out of one eye here. Maybe I should turn the computer off cause I lay down but see my inbox blinking and of course curiosity killed the cat and I have to peek at every email and write back.Ok I am gonna shut this down and go to sleep! I will see you all tomorrow,quit smoking, well later today actually.
