7 days smoke free
Well thats my 1st week nicotine free and boy oh boy do i feel great,I know the hard work is not over yet, but to reach that seven day mile stone is fantastic. And no way have i any thoughts of picking up the death sticks again.Thing is it's only habbit now.Retraining the mind that you dont need a cigarette when you normaly had one."Dont get me wrong they are not cravings, just old lingering thoughts"But would like to say that anyone just thinking about quitting, it may not be as hard as you first thought. And its well worth it.Could i just say a massive massive congratulations to my partner who is now 6 days clear of nicotine.Well done Cath, didnt think she was going to do it,stop smoking now, she gave up for the wrong reason, quit smoking,Struggled like hell against the evil nicotine, but she came out fighting and is enjoying the smoke free life.and a massive congratulations to every one on this site that manages to stay nicotine free.and thanks everyone for you kind words and advice. And most of all THANKS to Bev, who i first met in the chatroom,Bev was the first to offer advice and directed me to this sites. Thanks to you allDavie
