you may vent here or on the socialization forum,quit smoking, you may ask to meet someone in chat and just remember your words do not sway any one to want to smoke or flash on a cigarette if that were the case this forum never would have helped so many quit , thi s is where you get to read our call out shout out and learn what you need to know so that your warrior spirit battles in confidencelooks to me like your doing a fine job just one bit of advice post help in the subject line and PROMISE you will not beg borrow or steal( or in your case put on shoes and walk) to get a sickarette.. post and wait for three replys,stop smoking,, make the promise and you will up your chance of success by half,, yep the voice of experience here .. and btw I smoked for 40 yrs averaged two packs a day and now I am pat four yrs free and those badboys hold no appeal.
