Hi. 2 hours ago I wet my pack of cigs and threw them out in the garbage. I have been feeling anxiety and dont know if from the smokes but I cant stand it. I dont know if doing this on a whim was such a good idea but I really do need to stop. I had 6 months last year and have been smoking for 3 months now. I have posted here in the past but did not stick so I just wanted to let people know what is going on with me. Hopefully I'll post when I can later on. I am just counting the withdrawal hours at this point and trying to eat well with a lot of water.
