I tried your idea of taking off my patch early last night, and it seemed to work. I took it off at about 6 last night just after work,
stop smoking now, and I slept much better with no dreams to speak of.......Also, I couldn't agree more on learning about my addiction to increase my odds of beating it. This is my second try in about a year, but this time I waited almost a month since the day I decided I wanted to quit again, and read and read and read....As a result,
smoking cessation, tonight I will hit 100 hours since my quit began, and I'm as confident as ever......Thanks again, Chris
