I just read your coffee post. first off you do remember you want to drink gallons of water and I mean GALLONS. as for the coffee. I found my cuppa was a ritual that I could incorporate. make a fresh ( grind my own beans-organic) I make it so strong and I have one marvelous taty cup. I sip my coffe and read the paper or putter about before preparing for work,quit smoking now, or I carry my cup down here and post the daily motivator.I just love that ONE cup ..as for the hands I so remember after I had been quit for some time,stop smoking, 468 mo I would be relaxing with friends or having a glass of wine with hubby and SUDDENLY my hands would start moving over the table, or I would be in sone activity, and one day I just burst out Laughing and said Hell I am not craving but my hands are.Once I realized it I could just ignore it and than it went away..
