I made an impression on a friend

I had a smoking buddy for the last 2 years, and she has talked about trying to quit for a long time. I ahdn't seen her for a couple months but I saw her the other day and I told her that I quit. She told me she was jealous and asked me how I did it. I didn't want to preach all my learnings,quit smoking, because as said before, everyone's quit is different. But I took out a piece of paper, and wrote down the link to this message board,stop smoking now, and the link to whyquit.com, and I emailed her the e-book, Never Take Another Puff. She called me today and said she threw out her cigs, ashtrays and is on her way to being nic-free with me!One more life has been saved!BTW....I WILL NOT SMOKE TODAY!Five days, 11 hours, 59 minutes and 7 seconds. 109 cigarettes not smoked, saving $39.73. Life saved: 9 hours, 5 minutes.
